MAGNET worked with Vitamix, manufacturer of high-performance blending equipment for home and commercial use, to establish a team-based culture for sustainable growth, redefine processes for efficient onboarding, establish lean enterprise operations, streamline operations and plant layout, and more.

The results include $34 million in additional sales, 200 jobs created, and $500,000 in cost savings.

MAGNET worked with Coastal Pet Products, which manufacturers an array of pet collars, leashes and harnesses, to improve employee engagement, reduce employee turnover, increase sales, and re-shore the company's product line.

MAGNET worked with Swagelok, the global developer and provider of fluid system solutions, to create a fast-track program called Right Skills Now—and partnered with Cuyahoga Community College to create opportunities leading to paid internships, technical certifications and jobs.

The results include 100+ new employees hired, and millions saved in HR and training costs.
